Clawson Steak House all the way! House Greek dressing is the best anywhere and both service and food are top notch.

You can also upload your photos of the restaurant to its directory listing. And, if you own it, you can claim the listing!

Love patronizing all of them, but lately it's been Nick's for breakfast and The Hideout for good food and goodtime!

I second the recommendation on Old Port's lemon rice soup! It is delicious and unlike any other I have tried. I wish it was available more than just Wednesday and Sunday.

I know that Burger King is not on the list, but I must express my displeasure of what I walked into tonight there! When did Bk become a "after school teen""hip/hop ghetto" hang out?!? And how all these teens from "all over" where behaving in there was appalling! The manager did NOT have control of her restaurant at all, meaning her employees behind the counter. These teens were all over the place, yelling, laughing, playing their cell phones very loud, teen girls, literally flaunting themselves at these boys! Where are the parents of all these kids?? This was between 4:30-5pm! I tried to eat my (very cold) burger & fries, & the manager gave me an apple pie, to say "sorry" for how long I had to wait for my order, due to her employee flirting w/two boys, who would LEAVE the counter, when a customer walked up! I said to manager, thank yoy for the pie, but I will not be back!" I remember when this Bk was built in the 70's, when I was a teenager. Yep, we all went there after roller skating at Ambassador. But, I will say, we never acted like what I witnessed, in public, with other customers around! And my parents knew I was there, had a time limit, and I better have had my butt home, ON TIME! Or, we were picked up there, but never acted this disrespectful! I heard rumor, that this BK might be closing? If so, what a shame, because it really is a landmark in Clawson, or was, in modern times.

Now, on the bright side, I do love Apolini Grill! I have had great service, great food, very nice relaxed atmosphere to eat at! And my other favorite is Grumpy's! Love their little "gourmet" White Castle type hamburgers & hand dipped ice cream is awesome. Again, love the 50's diner theme too!
