As I begin writing this there are currently only 15 houses on the market in Clawson. Before you check Zillow for accuracy, understand 17 homes have an accepted offer and and is considered "ccs" and there are 25 currently pending which means they are somewhere in the closing process.

Yes, the Clawson Real Estate market is hot.  The homes in highest demand are those that are in move-in ready condition.  In addition, maybe you have noticed all the new construction starting in the area.  There are currently 5 within a 1/4 mile of the high school.

The video below features a broker in my office who speaks of house flipping and Oakland County in general.  Clawson seems to be rising faster than other city's such as Royal Oak, Berkley and Troy.  I have my opinions as to why this is.  What do you think?
