Celebrate the season and get a jump on your holiday shopping while enjoying fine food, wine and music. There is no charge to attend, but 10% of sales and 100% of tips will be donated to the MIOCA.
Ovarian cancer is the most lethal gynecologic cancer and a leading cause of cancer-related death in women. The survival rate has barely improved in the past 40 years, when the “War on Cancer” was declared. Due to the lack of an early detection test, less than 15% is diagnosed early, when it is most treatable. For this reason, increased awareness and advocacy is critical.
The Michigan Ovarian Cancer Alliance, a Partner Member of the Ovarian Cancer National Alliance, promotes saving lives through early detection and improved treatment outcomes. In addition to community outreach and education, MIOCA provides advocacy, resources and support throughout Michigan.

Leon & Lulu refers to the names of the owners' cat (Leon) and dog (Lulu). A dog named Spot is currently employed at Leon & Lulu as a "greeter." The store features special exhibits and events such as the Fall Artists' Market, the Blood Drive and Books & Authors.
