St. Mary Chili Cook Off will take place in the parish center at 730 S. Lafayette, just north of the church on Lafayette.
All the chili you can sample in two divisions: restaurant and amateur. There will also be hot dogs and pretzels available for free and beer and wine for sale.
Entertainment such as a 50/50 raffle, silent auction and door prizes as well as college football on a big screen TV.
The admission is $5 for adults, $3 for kids under 10, or $15 per family.
