5 Ways to Share Your Photos and News on Patch

Share what's happening in your neighborhood.

Is there a big event or news you want to share? Here are some ways to post your favorite photos and neighborhood news to Clawson Patch and share with your neighbors.

1. Create a Board post.

Once you've signed in to the site, go straight to our Boards and click in the "What's up?" box underneath the "All Boards" box. Add a title, write a description and add your photos or videos. Pick the Board that best suits your photos, click "Post now", and your item will instantly appear on our home page.

2. Start a blog.

Why not start a blog to share the beauty you see all around town? Just click here to get started, give your blog a name and a brief description, select an icon or add a photo of your own. Then start typing and uploading photos and videos!

3. Use the iPhone Patch app.

The green wheel at the bottom of the home screen allows you to upload photos from your phone. Post stand-alone photos, a note with a brief description or an article with a title and text. And be sure to sign in to the app before getting started!

4. Post an event.

Whether it's a school fundraiser, sports game or neighborhood garage sale you can get the word out on Patch. Simply upload it as an event to have it appear in the events calendar on the site.

5. Email photos and news tips.

You can always email photos and news tips to Jessica.Schrader@patch.com. Be sure to identify the people in your photos and the photographer, so we can properly credit them.
