Leon & Lulu Presents Fall Artists' Market August 25 & 26

Almost Fall Event at Clawson’s Leon & Lulu Features One-Of-A-Kind Items Designed by Local Artists and Craftspeople

Leon & Lulu announces its Fall 2013 Artists’ Market, which will be held Sunday and Monday, August 25-26, 2013. Artists from across the state will congregate at Leon & Lulu to showcase handcrafted wares from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. August 25 and from 3 to 8 p.m. August 26. Approximately 30 local artists will be selected by the jury to feature items, including jewelry, ceramics, photography, fiber art, clothing and much more. All products are handmade in the United States and Canada. As always, we will be serving delicious roller rink fare and lots of fun.

The Artists’ Market benefits Leon & Lulu’s AIDS Walk Detroit Team. AIDS Walk Detroit provides financial support for programs in HIV prevention, education and services for HIV positive individuals. The organization promotes public awareness through various events and activities, helping to ensure that people living with HIV/AIDS are treated with dignity and respect. This year’s AIDS Walk Detroit will take place on Sunday September 15 at the Royal Oak Farmers Market.
