LEON & LULU PRESENTS THANKS FOR THE MAMMARIES, AN EVENT TO HELP KICKOFF BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH

Karmanos Cancer Institute Will Benefit from a Shopping Soiree That Celebrates the Girls

Say thanks for the mammaries at a breastacular event in honor of the girls. Kickoff National Breast Cancer Awareness Month at Leon & Lulu’s annual fundraising event Thanks for the Mammaries, to benefit the Karmanos Cancer Institute. The tremendous pair, Brooke and Jason Geisz, will guest host.

Stop in any time from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, October 1 and feel up all Leon & Lulu has to offer at this free event. Racks of bubbling Buddy’s Pizza, heaping scoops of rich Ray’s Ice Cream, and jugs of refreshments will be served. Guests can take a peek at Leon & Lulu’s well-endowed selection of creative pieces, including a magnificent collection of candles, a bodacious selection of books, fabulous furniture, gracious gifts, captivating clothing and so much more. Ten-percent of sales during the event will benefit KCI.

“Everyone knows someone who has had breast cancer,” says Mary Liz Curtin, owner of Leon & Lulu. “We are thrilled to be working with Karmanos again this year and are honored to have Brooke and Jason giving us a lift.”

Guests will also enjoy fabulous family friendly games and prizes. Live entertainment will keep the party bouncing. This night is sure to be ta-ta-riffic, so whether guests are a Leon or a Lulu, don’t be a boob and come join the fun.
