Volunteers Needed for Clawson 4th of July Event
City seeks gate attendants for the annual celebration.
The Clawson 4th of July Committee is seeking volunteers to help with the city's annual celebration on July 4.
The committee, which is responsible for the parade, fair, fireworks and more, needs volunteers to commit two hours of their time to serve as gate attendants at this year's event, according to a post on the Clawson Farmers Market Facebook page.
Volunteers will sell entry tickets - the proceeds of which are used to pay for the fireworks each year. For more information or to sign up to volunteer, call Don Michels at 248-585-8242.
