Library Parent and Toddler Time

Parents get to enjoy special reading time, song participation, and musical activities with their toddler (up to 3 years old).  You must register by phone or at the library. While the Blair Memorial Library is under construction, the Pre-School Story time will take place in the Community Room at City Hall.
