Making Memories/Saving Mammaries - Breast CANcer Awareness Month Kickoff Party

Don't be a boob. Keep abreast of the situation. Leon & Lulu will have jugs of pop, cans of beer, racks of pizza, scoops of ice cream, and a totally Ta-Ta-rific T-shirt for sale! Come out to our Breast CANcer Awareness month kick-off party!

We are once again partnering with Ray's Ice Cream of Royal Oak and Buddy's Pizza of Farmington Hills to raise money for the Karmanos Cancer Institute of Detroit. Buddy’s Pizza will feature the special “Leon & Lulu” pizza, featuring carrots, spinach and broccoli on a whole grain crust, for the month of October with a donation going to Karmanos.

Raffle, Lucky Duck game, tips, and 10% of sales from this event will benefit Karmanos.

Manchester, Michigan artist Chris Roberts-Antieau has been selected to serve as honorary chair for this year’s cancer month kickoff fundraiser. Roberts-Antieau is a contributing artist to the American Craft Exposition, which exhibits artist’s work to raise money for breast cancer research. Leon & Lulu is thrilled to select this Michigan artist as the honorary chair.
