Weekend Planner: Craft Show, White Elephant Sale, Anniversary Party and More

The Clawson Senior Center will host a White Elephant Sale on Saturday from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at . Check out all the goodies on sale in the gym, for rock-bottom prices. Adult admission is just $1 for the sale, plus enjoy a bake sale, lunch counter and raffle (no charge to access these events).

Come celebrate fifth anniversary 8 p.m. Friday at. A hair and fashion show will take place at 9 p.m and all proceeds will be donated to Forgotten Harvest. Tickets are $20 in advance and $30 at the door and includes a gift certificate from D’Lazo Salon & Spa, one drink ticket and one raffle ticket. Must be older than 21. Tickets can be purchased at D'Lazo and Royal Kubo.

The Grand Opening for the Royal Oak Historical Society's new exhibit Christmas Shopping Through the Years in Downtown Royal Oak will take place 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday at the . The free event will feature decorated Christmas trees from the Victorian Era through the 1950s and photographs of area stores from the 1900s through the 1950s, along with their holiday advertising campaigns and children's toys from all eras. Santa will make a special appearance, as well.
