Weekend Planner: Holiday Sales, Charity Events and Euchre

See what's going on this weekend around Clawson.

The annual Christmas Bazaar and Bake Sale will take place 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at . Mary's Children offers rehabilitation and cognitive learning services for adults with brain injuries. Services include cognitive, physical and occupational services. A full list of scheduled activities is available on its website. The event is free to attend.

The is hosting a White Elephant Sale at 11 a.m. Saturday. The event will include an indoor garage sale, craft sale and bake sale. Reserve a table for $10. Contact the American Legion at 248-588-6626 for more information.

The Clawson Athletic Booster Club is hosting a Friday at . The doors open at 6:30 p.m., and the event starts at 7:30 p.m. Admission costs $15, and there will be a cash bar and raffles. You must be 21 to play. To purchase tickets, call Lisa Sarvello at 248-821-5109.

The Huntington Woods Women's League presents a progressive shop in Huntington Woods event that will benefit women's and children's charities. It's from noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday. Refreshments, handmade goods, household items, women's and children's accessories and more will be for sale; 10 percent goes to charity. Visit the HWWL Facebook page for more information.

The in Ferndale invites the public to an evening of fine wine, good food, raffles and a silent auction at 7 p.m. Saturday. The event will benefit the students of the area as well as the Leah Marie Bollin Memorial Award. The Bollin Award benefits students with epilepsy as well as those with learning disabilities and gives six $1,000 scholarships a year to deserving students. FOP 130 also awards at least five scholarships a year to deserving students. A Sommelier will be present to answer questions and a buffet will be offered.
