5 Things to Know This Week: The Nutcracker Ballet, Caroling in Clawson, PAWS to Read at Blair Memorial Library
Here's the scoop on what's happening in Clawson for the week of Dec. 10.
1. Think you've got the best outdoor holiday home decorations on the block? Prove it! Judging for Clawson's annual Holiday Beautification Awards begins Dec. 10, so be sure to turn your lights on and show off that hard work!
2. Bring your kids over to the Blair Memorial Library Tuesday afternoon at 4 p.m. for "PAWS to Read!". Children can practice their reading skills with special therapy dogs, Grace and Riley. The event is free and runs until 5:30 p.m. Pre-registration is requested.
3. The Clawson City Planning Commission will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at City Hall, located at 425 N. Main Street.

4. The Rosemarie Floyd Civic Contemporary Ballet Company and TMB Ballet will bring The Nutcracker Ballet to the Clawson High School stage Saturday for two special performances. Tickets begin at just $10. Visit www.rosemariefloyd.com for more information.
