5 Things to Know this Week: TNT 5K, Miss Princess Pageant, School Board Meets
Here's the scoop on what's happening in and around Clawson for the week of Oct. 8.
1. The School Board will hold a regular meeting at 7 p.m. on Monday in the board room of the Administrative Offices at 626 Phillips. Items to be discussed include the Sinking Fund.
2. The Clawson City Planning Commission will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at City Hall, located at 425 N. Main Street.
3. The first ever TNT 5K and One Mile Fun Run will be held at City Park in Clawson on Saturday. Organized by area teens, the event will benefit students in the Autism Spectrum Disorder Program. The fun will kick off at 9:30 a.m.

4. The Stitching Sisters will meet at noon Saturday in the Clawson City Hall Community Room. Stop in and make a quilt for the military. If you're not a quilter yet, still come by and learn how!
5. Clawson's Miss Princess Pageant is headed to Clawson High School Saturday at 7 p.m. The pageant will feature girls, ages five to seven, with proceeds being used to produce future pageants, and also donated to non-profit organizations in Clawson.
