Why this car? After a long, unlucky search for a Tri-Five (’55, ’56 or ’57) Chevy, Roger found his matador red and India ivory classic ride through a local newspaper. He says everyone knows these cars and they can relate to so many people. As compared to a two-door Sedan, this make was known as a family car and Roger is often stopped by passerbys who recall growing up with the car.

What’s special about the Clawson Car Show and Woodward Dream Cruise for you? Roger notes that his passion for cars and the people who attend these local shows keep him coming back year after year. He enjoys the people he meets and trading stories with them. As president of the local car club, the Woodward Tri-Five Cruisers, Roger exhibits his car in the shows. You can also catch him cruising down Woodward all summer long.
