• There will be a Fourth of July committee meeting at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at City Hall.

• There will be technology open houses at Clawson schools on Wednesday. The open house at begins at 6 p.m. at 6:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.
• At 7 p.m. Wednesday there will be a volunteer fair and orientation for the Clawson Farmers Market and at City Hall. Organizers say they are looking for enthusiasm, excitement and availability. The Market needs to expand its committee base and is seeking volunteers to help with organizing. You will have the choice of helping with the farm, packing vegetables or selling vegetables at the market.

• is accepting donations for its Friends of the Library book sale set for April 14-19. The library will take books, magazines, VHS tapes, DVDs and CDs that are in good condition. You can drop items off at the library during hours of operation. For more information call the library at 248-588-5500.
