No Joke: National Weather Service Predicts Snow Overnight

A winter weather advisory warns of up to 3 inches of the white stuff between 3 a.m. and noon Monday.

Winter is taking a curtain call, according to a winter weather advisory that has been issued by the National Weather Service for the following counties: Wayne, Oakland, Washtenaw, Livingston, Lenawee and Monroe.

Expect 1 to 3 inches of snow to fall between 3 a.m. and noon Monday.

The high winds experienced today will continue through the early evening and intermittently through the middle of the week.

Monday morning’s snow will turn to thunderstorms with the possibility of more snow and rain on Tuesday, according to the weather advisory.
