Pet of the Week: Bonnie the Cat Needs a Family

Bonnie is available for adoption through the Paws for Life Rescue in Troy.

Meet Bonnie, a sweet cat looking for her new family.

Bonnie is four and a half years old, and described as “a total character with a lot of personality." She is black and white, with big green eyes. Bonnie is very friendly and outgoing and loves being around people and children who are gentle and calm.

You might see Bonnie actually waving to you, as she often tends to raise her one paw up, as if to say ‘hello’ in her own unique way of asking for attention. Bonnie loves to greet her family at the door when they come home, and loves to purr and even chirp.

Bonnie’s sweetheart personality will have you laughing and smiling, as she indulges in her frequent activities of watching squirrels out the window and hanging out in empty laundry baskets. However, her most favorite thing to do is to lounge atop her cat tower.

Bonnie does not like other cats but is fine with dogs. She may be happiest as the only pet in a household though.

Bonnie is happy, healthy, spayed and up-to-date on her vaccinations as well as litter box trained.

The adoption fee is $60.
