Pet of the Week: Franklin the Plott Hound

Franklin is available for adoption through Paws for Life Rescue in Troy.

Meet Franklin. He’s a two-year-old plott hound and boxer mix and weighs 59 pounds. Before moving to Paws for Life, Franklin was a stray dog living at a local shelter. He’s playful, friendly with other dogs and loves to cuddle with people. Franklin also enjoys chasing tennis balls and running around the yard. He is crate trained, housetrained, energetic and active.

Franklin was tormented at his past home by children and is now scared of kids. His adoption fee is $75 and includes testing, deworming, vaccinations, microchip and neuter. If you are interested, fill out an adoption form today or contact the Paws for Life Rescue for more information.
