Pet of the Week: Jackie the Jack Russell Terrier Needs a Home

Say hello to Jackie, a beautiful Jack Russell Terrier looking for her new home.

Jackie is just two years old and is already house-trained, crate-trained and comfortable living with children and other dogs. She is very smart and can easily pick up on new commands. She loves treats and her favorite toy, nylabones.

She enjoys taking walks outside on her leash. Though Jackie is very spunky, she also loves to sit on laps and be petted and interact with her family members. She is shy with strangers but will warm up and trust them, with a little patience.

The Paws for Life Rescue names Jackie’s favorite things as food and people.

After her rough start in life, Jackie is looking for a family who she can wait by the door for each day after work, one that will that will show her that same love and affection equally in return.

Jackie’s adoption fee is $75 and includes spaying, vaccinations, heartworm test and rabies shot.
