Pet of the Week: Rocco and Chaz Need a Home Together

Meet Rocco and Chaz, two lovable dogs available for adoption through the Paws for Life Rescue in Troy.

Meet Rocco and Chaz, two brothers who have never been apart, until now. They are both in need of a home or foster care together as soon as possible.

Rocco and Chaz may look alike to some but can easily be identified by their ears. Rocco has perky ears and a whiter face, while Chaz has floppy ears.

The brothers love to cuddle each other, play and run together and are all-around playful pups who are full of life. Rocco and Chaz love peanut butter Kongs, catching tennis balls, car rides and walks on their leashes. They share one big pillow/bed when they snuggle.

They are described by the Paws for Life Rescue as “really good boys who love people”.

Rocco and Chaz were born April 12, 2010 and each weigh around 70 pounds. They are both crate-trained and house-trained. They recently completed a six-week training class where they learned commands such as sit, lay down and high five.

They were brought to Paws for Life Rescue by a couple who was divorcing. Rocco and Chaz need fostering or adoption so that they can both find their forever family once again.

The adoption fee is $75 for one, or $100 for the pair.

If you are interested, fill out an adoption form today or contact the Paws for Life Rescue for more information.
