Hypno-birthing, a form of natural childbirth also described as The Mongan Method utilizes the implementation of relaxation, breathing, and visualization techniques to help women to use their natural instincts in childbirth. This class offers expecting parent a guide to a safer, easier, more comfortable, and less expensive childbirth. 

It is presented in a series of five, 2 1/2-hour classes.

A $50 deposit is required upon registration.
