Disappointed is an understatement... DO NOT BLINDLY GIVE YOUR TRUST - ask lots of questions!
Although this center has a nice facility and appears good on paper (such as claiming to only hire staff with degrees in Early Child Development), do your research and check into their violations. In 2009/2010, they hired an 18 year-old male with no childcare experience and a criminal history who then assaulted two little girls while working there. The majority of the staff employed there at the time of the assaults have left and there has been constant staff turnover since then. The owner has no concern for your child's welfare, only for her financial bottom line, for example, accepting kids for two days during winter when the building had no heat or electricity, only closing when parents called authorities to complain. Read more complaints on the DHS website and ask to see their licensing notebook, which should contain all complaints and violations issued since 2010.
