Salvation Army Bed and Bread Radiothon

Today is the 24th Annual Salvation Army Bed and Bread Club Radiothon at Oakland Mall in Troy.  News Talk 760 WJR has teamed up with the Salvation Army. WJR will air live and hosts include Mitch Albom, Paul W. Smith, Frank Beckmann and more.

The Salvation Army Bed and Bread Club helps people who need it in the Metro Detroit area 365 days a year by offering food, shelter and services.  If you make a one time donation of $120 you earn a membership in the Bed & Bread Club and it feeds one person for an entire year.  New this year is texting in a donation, just text BREAD to 80888 to make a one time donation of $10.

This is a great cause that helps people in the community and the WJR hosts are sure to make the day a fun event.
