Slow Cooker Casserole: French Fried Onion Chicken with Green Beans

It's like the infamous 'Green Bean Casserole,' but BETTER! You'll want to lick your plate clean with this one!

Do you LOVE Green Bean Casserole as much as I do?! I will literally find any excuse I can to cook with French Fried Onions.  They are so tasty!

I am in LOVE with the way this casserole turned out!  Everyone at my house enjoyed it!  This is sure to be a crowd pleaser at your house, but would also make a fantastic dinner for guests.  Chances are, you probably have most of these delicious ingredients in your house already,so it won't take much to put together!  If you're in a hurry, and you don't have time to chop the chicken up, just leave it whole.  It will be so tender by the time you serve it, it will break right apart anyway!

So, go grab these ingredients and get cookin'!

French Fried Onion Chicken with Green Beans Casserole

Ingredients:

2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 big can French Fried Onions, divided
3-4 big handfuls of fresh green beans (enough for your family)

Directions:

In the bottom of your crock, place the chicken. Sprinkle half of your French Fried Onions over the top. Mix together the soup, milk, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper, then pour it over the chicken. Sprinkle the remaining French Fried Onions on top.

Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours. One hour before serving, add your green beans on top. When your green beans are ready, you are ready to eat! Enjoy!

We didn't have fresh beans so we subbed canned, served over pasta, and the whole family loved it! Thanks!
