Moms Talk: Halloween Costumes

Halloween is inching closer, and many kids already have their costume ideas picked out.

Some kids are insistent on their Halloween get-up, whether it be a cartoon character, a bunny rabbit or Batman. But, how do you lay down basic rules such as not wearing a costume that has short sleeves for a cold night of trick-or-treating? Perhaps, you have a teenage daughter in your house, how do you deal with a costume that's just a little too short in length?
