The Clawson 4th of July Committee is preparing for our annual celebration in 2013 with the following events:
June 26 - Ice Cream Social and Band Concert; Begin Beautiful Baby Contest and Button Sales. Watch for our fire department in your neighborhood during the pre-4th of July week to ride on a fire truck.
June 29 - Kiddie Parade, Cony Day and Kiddie Games

June 30th - 5K Freedom Run
July 3 - Bonus night at city Park, 3 pm - 9 pm

July 4 - Firecracker mile, American Legion flag ceremony, Parade, Park activities including our firefighters water battle at 1 pm and old tyme games for children from 2-4 pm , arts and crafts, bands and fireworks.
In addition, Clawson Youth Assistance will host the annual Red Oaks Water Park trip on June 28th (tickets at Hunter) and bus trip for geocaching and swimming at Independence Oaks on July 1st.
Sign up now to volunteer for two hours of your time on July 4th in a variety of activities to help make this event a grand success (ticket booth sales, parade marshalls, children's games).
