Church Van Reported Stolen from Parking Lot

A secretary at told police someone stole the church van from the church parking lot sometime between Sept. 28 and Oct. 1.

The secretary and six other church employees have keys to the van but none of them said they had it, the Clawson Police report said. The white 2003 Ford van was not loaned to anyone, the report said. 

There was no broken glass in the parking lot or signs of forced entry, police said. The church secretary said she was uncertain if the van doors were locked. The church's name is written on both sides of the van.

Police had no suspects. Anyone with information on the reported theft can call Clawson police at 248-435-5000.
