When Clawson police officers arrived at the scene, the 30-year-old Troy man rummaging through the van claimed to be looking for a key he lost in the van when he used to work at the business.

The owner of the business was contacted and denied any knowledge of the man, so he was searched and a bottle of alcohol was discovered. The man wasn't carrying any weapons or items from the van.
