On the Agenda: City Council to Vote on Agreements with Troy and Motor City Food Products, Meet Fire Department Officers

The Clawson City Council will meet at 7:30 p.m. tonight at City Hall. Here are some of the agenda items up for discussion and approval at the meeting:

  • The will present the elected and appointed officers for the year 2011.
  • The council will consider a resolution to amend their agreement with the city of Troy for lockup, dispatch and Animal Control Services. At their last meeting they voted to at no fee. The city has previously paid Troy $13,668 each year to use their animal services. 
  • The council will consider a renewal of their lease agreement with Motor City Food Products LLC.
  • Also on the agenda, city council will vote on declaring the week of March 27-April 2, 2011 Severe Weather Awareness Week.
