Trinity Lutheran Church is serving a chili lunch with corn bread, salads and desserts at 12:15 p.m., following the 11 a.m. church service. Following the lunch there will be a presentation of a recent mission trip to the church's partner congregation in Tanzania. Presenters will use pictures to share the story in three parts: "The Beauty of the Land and Its People," "The Lutheran Church in Tanzania: A Diverse and Astonishing Ministry" and "Datlaa, a Thriving Congregation in the Remote Hill Country." There is no charge, but there will be a door offering to help with a special gift for the partner congregation.
