Following the opening ceremonies there will be a Survivor Lap at noon; Caregiver Lap at 1 p.m.; Fight Back Ceremony at 3 p.m.; Luminaria Cereomy at 9 p.m. and closing ceremonies at 9:30 a.m. Sunday.   • AFSCME Local 574, which represents Clawson DPW and clerical workers as well as employees in Huntington Woods, Rochester and Troy, has established a charitable organization that funds a scholarship program for students in the communities. Graduating seniors can get a scholarship application from their high school counselors. Applications must be received by May 10. The scholarship award is $500. Recipient will be selected based on academic achievement and economic need.
