Clawson's 'Roots and Shoots' Kids Club Seeks Donations for Animal Shelters

Whether you have pets of your own at home or not, the Clawson is seeking your help for donations of both household as well as animal-related items.
The community service-oriented group teaches children of all ages the principles of respect and compassion for all living things. The club inspires its members to take action to make the world a better place to live for people, animals and the environment.
If you wish to donate any of the items listed below, please place them inside the drop box inside of . Items listed in bold are desperately needed.

- Blankets, sheets, any kind of bedding
- Towels
- Fleece fabric
- Dog food (canned or dry)
- Cat food (canned or dry)
- Dog and cat toys
- Kong dog toys, rawhide chews (medium or large size), pig ears, Velva bones
- Stuffed animals (no plastic eyes or bean-filled kinds)
- Cat litter
- Litter pans (medium or large size)
- Paper towels
- Hand sanitizer
- Bleach
- Dish soap
- Black trash bags
