This dry cleaner lost the pants that go with my husband's suit, giving us a pair that didn't match the jacket, were clearly much older, but were the same suit brand. Instead of discussing possible solutions--including looking for the missing item--we have been told that it is just not possible for her to have made a mistake, so we should be on our way.
