It is so wonderful to see how many people in our community care so deeply and want to help theRead More Sarvello's. It is extremely difficult to go through something like this especially when it is happening to a child. Having been through an experience with our son Jimmy several years ago we know the toll it takes on all involved. The community has always been there for our family and we sincerely appreciate the kindness and support. The Community Kids Club is a community service club for kids ages 7-18. We focus on helping people,Read More animals and the environment. We meet every 3rd Monday of the month at the Hunter Community Center from 7:00-8:00 pm and we have an additional field trip or community service event at least once a month. New members are welcome to join at any time!! One of our ongoing projects is collecting items to donate to local animal shelters and pet rescues. We will leave collection boxes at various locations with a list of "wish list" items attached to the boxes. We will collect and deliver the donated items to the shelters on a regular basis. We would like to leave our collection boxes at as many locations as possible, so if anyone would like to help with this project or knows of a business that would let us leave out a collection box, please let me know!
