Clawson Goodfellows to Hold Annual Paper Sale Saturday
The Clawson Goodfellows will be selling their papers out in most intersections of Clawson Dec. 1.
The season of giving is here, and the Clawson Goodfellows are looking for your help to make this time of year special for families in need. The Goodfellows, a group of volunteer fighters from the Clawson Fire Department, will hold their annual paper sale this Saturday from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. as they work to collect donations to go toward the less fortunate in the Clawson community. The eight to twelve page booklet being sold is full of information about Clawson as well as advertisements and promotions from various local establishments. The Goodfellows sell ads for the newspapers that cover the cost of the paper. This ensures that 100 percent of the money raised goes back out to the community without any overhead.
