Local Diners to Remain Open to Customers on Thanksgiving

At least three Clawson eateries will be open for business on the holiday.

It's a common tradition for many families to gather together on Thanksgiving Day and enjoy turkey, stuffing and pie while giving thanks. But for those who want to skip out on the traditional feast or perhaps, accidentally burn the turkey, there are a few local options to choose from this year. Nick's Country Oven Nick's Country Oven will be open 7 a.m.-3 p.m. Thanksgiving Day. The restaurant will offer soup, salad and dessert with all of its dinner options. The Thanksgiving meal special offered will be turkey with mashed potatoes, gravy and stuffing for $8.35. Clawson Grill The Clawson Grill is open every year for Thanksgiving.
