Fuel Report: Lowest Area Gas Price $3.29
The lowest price for a gallon of gas is up 20 cents since the beginning of last week
The lowest area gas price is at $3.29 today, up 20 cents since our last fuel report for Clawson on Feb. 14. The five lowest prices near Clawson range from $3.29-$3.39.
The average price for a gallon of gas in Metro Detroit jumped 19 cents since last week with an average price today of $3.34. A year ago, the average gas price was $2.65 for Metro Detroit. The statewide average is now $3.36, according to the AAA Fuel Gauge Report.
