2. Smile with Style Rockin' the Runway
Where/when: , 318 W. 4th St., 7 p.m. Friday
Why go: Enjoy a fun evening of entertainment, fashion and food at the Royal Oak Music Theater. There will be music by Frankie D'Angelo, Half Light Music and more. The event will also have raffles, signature gift bags, a "glam rock" fashion show, and live and silent auctions.
Price: $30-$100
3. Fish Fry
Where/when: 4:30-7 p.m. Friday at
Why go: The Knights of Columbus is having an all-you-can-eat fish fry on Friday. Included in your dinner are baked and fried fish, crab cakes, macaroni and cheese, baked or fried potatoes, rolls, vegetables, dessert and a beverage.
Pricing: $8 adults, $7.50 seniors, $4.50 children

Why go: There will be a scavenger hunt throughout the zoo, craft projects for kids, a rock climbing wall, games and entertainment. Many of the activities are earth-friendly.

Why go: In honor of Earth Day, the Troy Nature Center is having a Live Hawks & Owls Celebration. Joe Rogers will present the birds and talk about their history.
