Police Brief: Resident Reports Car Part Stolen
The following information was supplied by the Clawson Police Department.
A Clawson man reported that someone stole a section of the exhaust system from underneath his vehicle between 1 p.m. and 8 p.m. Feb. 1 in the 300 block of North Marias. The resident said he came home from work and parked his tan, 1996 Buick Skylark in the parking lot. When he got back in the car about 8 p.m., he noticed the car was making a loud noise. Police say it appears the car's catalytic converter was stolen.
There are no suspects in the reported theft. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call Clawson Police at 248-435-5000.
