Viewfinder: Storm Damages Clawson Neighborhoods

Officials were out Wednesday evening inspecting downed power lines and trees that collapsed in neighborhoods.

Wednesday's heavy rain, thunder and strong winds caused widespread damage to homes throughout the city of Clawson. Officials were out all evening cleaning up debris and inspecting the damage. Check out our photos from the aftermath of Wednesday's storm.

Over on park drive there is five houses with down power lines and a tree across the back yard of my neighbors just moved to the area and this happen welcome to clawson ay!

Funny how everyone is talking about Royal Oak when Clawson had way more damage. Our neighborhood northeast of Normandy and crooks looks like a war zone! At least 15-20 power lines down and many blocked streets. For anyone that lives there, I just heard from dte they are saying we should have power some time tomorrow. Good luck to everyone!
